Beginner Blues Scale Lesson – Part 1
#BASSNATION In this week’s lesson I’ll be showing you some beginner ideas for the blues scale, namely the 12 bar blues scale. This is a scale that will be familiar sounding to your ears and something that is a great way to practice different patterns and work on your ear training.

Hey. Is it possible to please have the loop to practice to again? Thanks 😊
Sure thing, it’ll be up in a sec. Will let you know
This is a reaaally small thing, but in your video you’re playing note 1 using finger 1 (LH). In my major scale pattern, I’ve learnt the scale with finger 2 (middle finger) on note 1. Does it really matter which finger pattern you use?
Not necessarily, there’s several ways to position a scale/ bass line. I actually recommend you try Playing scales In different positions with different fingers
