Hello Blessed D – I am practicing lessons 10 and doing it very very very very very patient and slow not rushing the process- just want to be clear clean and precise- I want to thank you for your patience and I found you a great teacher – I will stay where I am until I become clean clear and precise-thanks you- where do I get the stuff for lessons 10
Thanks so much man, appreciate it.
The exercise and pdf is available right above the video
I appreciate the classes already bro Deric and the grandiloquence as well….
So awesome thanks!
Just got my bass about 2 weeks ago. I work from home and for about 15 to 30 minutes throughout the day, I’ll grab my bass and practice this. It has only been about 2 days of this and I am already feeling more comfortable with the instrument in my hands. There is no shortcut to this. You just have to practice the rech and ultimately do what strats to feel natural. And yes, your forearm will get a little achy. It’s all good. Muting well is the more difficult part for me right now.

Hey Britney! You are absolutely right about this. There are no shortcuts whatsoever. You have to put in the work, it’s going to hurt or ache just a little bit but over time it will digress. You’re awesome for being aware of this at such an early stage for that alone I’m proud of you already!
Hi Daric! This is REALLY good. My hands are small and my fingers cannot cover 4 of the frets at the same time at this point. Yet with practicing this, the stretch will come! Thank you.
Absolutely! Over time it’ll definitely help. Even if you can’t fully stretch you’ll be able to shift effectively
how do i keep my pinky from randomly shooting in the air
