• In this lesson, we’re using the Cycle (Circle) of Fourths as a simple roadmap to move major triads through multiple keys.

• The goal is not to overthink note names, it’s to build pattern recognition, cleaner movement, and stronger fretboard awareness.

• We’ll start with a basic 1–3–5 major triad shape, keep it in a comfortable position, and then make the quick shifts needed to keep the cycle going.

• As a bonus, we also touch on how you can upgrade this same drill by swapping triads for major 7 arpeggios once the shapes feel solid.

How to use this lesson (quick plan):

1. Start slow and focus on clean notes and consistent timing

2. Do 2–3 passes through the cycle

3. Then bump the tempo only if everything stays clean
