Ahh…now I see it! This is awesome!! How long did it take you to learn???
This is exactly what need to expand and stretch my playing
Hey Daric,
Can you go into a little more detail on how the song Sir Duke is played? It is a lot of stuff going on in that song. Also I am still waiting on the follow up to Do I Do. 🙂
Sure thing, haven’t forgot. Both are coming 😉
Daric, you are awesome. I took your advice on how your dad challenged you on learning the notes on the fret board and it works, grant it I may have cheated by using my Snark Tuner but I found the notes. I just wanted to let you know.
Ha! Wow! That’s awesome, sometime that doesn’t work for most people. But it did for me! Trick is now to remember and retain them. Happy for you man. Whatever you can do to help you along the way isn’t cheating technically. So good job and keep it up!
Most definitely.
D this is jon here just joined your lessons for the first time I just want to ask a question I been playing the bass for a while but not familiar with the fret board yet to be playing like I should be playing, besides this video did you post one on proper left hand finger placement as far as which finger to start first and so forth?
Hey, first of all welcome! And absolutely. Check out the beginners course in the tab towards the top of the page and you find those lessons that are necessary for your right and left hand
Thank you so much
No problem!
