ALL OF THEM lol, it really depends on what you need to work on and what you’re struggling with. the “seesaw’ exercise is an overall good one also all of the dexterity exercises are very useful. and just remember the key to executing speed is the precision of your notes

I have a quick question how do I stop humming sound from the lower strings while play higher octaves. Particularly this exercise? Thanks in advance

Thank you for the reply and yes ringing was the right terminology not humming, I am using a five-string. When I mute the B string with my thumb the E strings rings. When I mute the E string with my thumb the A string rings etc…
I’ll watch the videos on muting hopefully that helps it’s very annoying though.

Thanks Daric! 100 BPM 16th notes is about my top speed right now before it gets sloppy. Combining these Gospel lines with Jacob Smith’s practice tips is helping tremendously.
