Hello Doric I’m new to the bass can’t wait to get started on learning ready to start playing at church been my dream since a kid to play bass.
awesome! I’m just as excited for you!
Right I’m going through the beginners videos
Hey Daric what’s the first thing I need to know about bass.
I list a few of the things in these beginner lessons, such as, learning the anatomy of the bass and the name of all the parts. Secondly how to hold the bass in your lap or on a strap.
Watching videos now.
Thank you!
Hi D. I’m watching the beginners course part 2, bass anatomy. You were naming the parts of the bass and once you got to the knows you said that you already covered them. I must have missed something here because you didn’t cover the knots. Pls cover them for me. Thanks
Sorry. I meant KNOBS.
Ahh, ok. That was going to be my question to you. Yes, we’ve covered the knobs and their functions in a separate lesson. I’ll link it in the next comment

So I bought a short scale can I still do everything you do or should I have bought a regular size bass. Is there any difference between the two?
Absolutely! The Bass that I’m actually playing is a short scale as well. So you should have no problem.👌🏾
