Chord Analysis – Minor 6 chord (Melodic Minor Modes) “Blackbird Reference”
One of my all-time favorite songs to play! In this song I pin point out one of the chords that’s used with a melodic minor scale very frequently in tons of songs. This one just happened to be one of my favorites. The minor six chord has such a soothing beautiful sound to it especially when it resolves the one chord. Take this concept and run with it! I thought I’d just show you guys a little of my bias lol.
