Classical Thump Doublethumb Technique Exercise
#BASSNATION In this week’s lesson I’ll be diving into Victor Wooten’s Classical Thump bass line. We’ll be covering in detail exactly how he is able to execute this line both rhythmically and melodically. If you are working on a slap technique, in particular the double thumb technique, this is a great line for you to practice as long as you are willing to take it slow! This is a perfect example of a bassline where more than ever you’ll want to make sure your notes are coming out clean, clear, and precise….take this one at your own pace!! Now grab your bass and let’s dig in!
