Very nice lesson I have trouble with filling in my bass line so they often sound empty or incomplete if you get what im saying.
Completely understood, that’s a very common problem. But focusing on creating fills that start and stop at a specific point is the keying to being confident while playing them 👍🏾
I got a question do most riff or licks come from different scales, modes, and arpeggios Im trying to change my playing I’m having a hard time coming up with different licks I usually just use the same moves over and over ?
Absolutely, it comes from a variation of all of those elements but mainly they all can be broken down to its original form and that’s the “scales”
