can you break that bass line down would love that break down!
Of course!
slightly unrelated, but I notice my fretting hand touching the string under the one i’m playing. the notes sound good and it kind of mutes the string i’m not playing, but is this something I need to fix or something that is good and I should keep playing that way?
Hey good question, I would say if the that specific technique doesn’t interfere with the note that you’re playing at that time then I say keep doing it. It actually helps in the long run to have a cleaner sound as far as muffling the strings for less noise and a cleaner sound. Would be helpful to see your form just to make sure there’s no other mistakes, hope that helped.
We need more palm muting lessons, please!
Hey Daric! Cool video, as always. Is there a sweet spot of pressure on the strings under the palm or do you increase and decrease it while playing / between songs to manipulate the sound accordingly? Peace ✌️
