Hey Darric where can i find a video on how to use 3rds ?
I too would like to see some more on the thirds, maybe fingerings and a PDF on the thirds idea.
I can’t knock these lessons! Absolutely Ace!
Hey Thomas, sure thing! Would be happy to create some more exercises in thirds for you guys in the meantime we do have some here in the Academy I’ll link one below

Here comes my girl – Tom Petty
do the modes have diatonic triads like any other scale. i am assuming so….
Are you going to teach us the modes? How do we employ them??
absolutely, there are a bunch of lesson on how to implement the modes that we learn here as well as courses. here are a few:

Hey Daric, correct me if Im wrong, but if Im playing around with Am I can basically play all the modes in C?
Absolutely! That’s because A natural minor is the relative major of the key C major. It’s also the 6th mode in C major as well.
Great lesson Daric. I never realized there’s a cool chord within the Lydian mode. F, B, F, B ascending in a straight diagonal line from the 13th fret of the E string…Very dark lol
Hey Julien! Great observation. But what you’re referring to is actually just an interval because you only named two different notes (F, B) and that’s the “tritone” sound that you’re hearing which is a #4/b5 interval…almost has a diminished feel too it and explains the “dark” sound you hear! Tritones are awesome! 😎🤟🏾
