    1. Hey, good question. I’m a actually not using that much force at all when attacking the string. Not much harder than a normal pluck with your index finger would be. After you get the hang of it you can try increasing the intensity and the amount of force to increase your dynamics

    1. Hey Fred it’s tough to tell if you’re doing something wrong without seein or hearing it. You can either upload a short clip of the problem you’re having in the forums or in the video qna section. Want to be able to help you thoroughly and understand your question fully

      1. thank you so much for your reply, I got it the same day and I was amazed you respond that fast. I appreciate. which finger do you use to pop(pluck) 3rd finger or pinky?? I can’t seem to see it well on the videos, if it’s the pinky then the finger per Fred doesn’t apply. please help

    1. Tomorrow I’ll upload a video response explaining and demonstrating some of the ways this can be achieved, but for now one way this can be done is by muffling the B string with your fretting hand thumb or whatever fingering is floating and not playing notes on the fretboard. I’m sure that sounds a little confusing lol so I be sure to show that with my bass 👌🏾
